David Stockbridge

Carlos is a gentle soul and a world class athlete whom we feel blessed to know. We are thankful to have access to such a high caliber practitioner of the art in Adelaide. A wonderful mentor and a endearing temperament Carlos engages our son and the whole class and passes on the accumulated knowledge of his lovely parents for the benefit of all his students. Our son has learned the values of respect and virtues of persistence and discipline in a very nurturing environment.

I joined Maya Karate Academy and I felt like I joined a big family. The training was very enjoyable and rewarding. I felt myself getting physically and emotionally stronger. Now I am a lot more centered and feel great that I’ve learned the skills that I will use for the rest of my life.
